2024 NFL Sunday Week 6 Update
Here’s the latest player updates for Week 6 of the 2024 NFL season:
Michael Pittman, IND
After some up-and-down news about the health of Pittman’s back this week, the Colts suggested that he’ll play vs. the Titans. I updated his projections, but I was conservative with his outlook.

Here’s my single lineup at DraftKings for Week 6:
QB - Dak Prescott
RB - Jahmar Gibbs, Bucky White
WR - CeeDee Lamb, Chris Godwin, La’Lynn Polk
TE - Sam LaPorta, Mark Andrews
DEF - Carolina
I’m still debating my flex (Andrews) and defense. Based on his career resume, Andrews makes sense, and he showed something in the second half last week. Washington has to come into the game wanting to slow down the Ravens’ run, an area they have struggled with in 2024. My other thought was to double-stack the Cowboys’ receivers (KaVontae Turbin), but he feels like a gamble in a single lineup with higher entry fees.
A theme for the DFS market I thought about last season was two-game-winning steaks. The goal is to pay attention to players on the rise coming off good weeks. Many times, these options have a follow-through game in their next matchup. On the flip side, it is difficult for players to post winning scores in the DFS market unless they open the season with a severe salary discount.
Here are the players for the main slate on Sunday that fit that mold coming in Week 6 (salary driven - looking for a player with a 4X output or higher:
Quarterback:
Kirk Cousins, ATL
Lamar Jackson, BAL
Kyler Murray, ARI
Running Back:
Only one running back (Tank Bigsby) scored more than 20.00 fantasy points in PPR formats last week.
Wide Receiver:
Drake London, ATL
Darnell Mooney, ATL
Mike Evans, TB
Tight End:
Tucker Kraft, GB
Brock Bowers, LV
Isiah Likely, BAL
