2024 MLB Bullpen Report (8/10)

Over the home stretch of the fantasy baseball season, I’ll tighten up the bullpens to the teams that remain in flux or have new options taking over the ninth inning. I’ll continue to update the bullpen grid.

Arizona Diamondbacks

The direction of the Diamondbacks’ closing role turned to Justin Martinez this week. He secured back-to-back saves while extending his scoreless streak to six innings with six baserunners and 12 strikeouts. A.J. Puk has a 0.40 ERA and 0.537 WHIP over his last 22.1 innings with 34 strikeouts, four wins, and one save. Ryan Thompson lost momentum this week after allowing a run in three consecutive appearances to open up August (three runs, seven baserunners, and one strikeout over three innings with one strikeout).
